A Legal Disclaimer

Capital Presentation provides narrative architecture, visual strategy, and 508-compliant design services. All information, strategies, and "Brain + Eye" methodologies presented on this site or during briefings are for informational and strategic purposes only.

Capital Presentation is not a law firm, financial advisory, or government contracting agency. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. While our cinematic frames and data visualizations are engineered for maximum recall—scientifically designed to be up to 22 times more memorable* than text—we do not guarantee specific outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to: the successful awarding of Defense RFPs, the closing of investment rounds, or specific executive-level approvals. The "Action" resulting from our work is driven by the Client’s internal performance and external market variables.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting a briefing via our "Intel Channels," or engaging in a strategic partnership with Capital Presentation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our narrative assets.

2. Professional Eligibility
Our services are designed for mission-critical use by representatives of corporate, defense, and financial institutions. By initiating a briefing, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to act on behalf of your organization.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • The Principal’s Property: Capital Presentation retains all rights and ownership of our proprietary "Brain + Eye" methodology, underlying narrative frameworks, and any pre-existing strategic "engines" used to build deliverables.

  • The Client’s Property: Upon full payment of all fees, the Client is granted ownership of the final cinematic decks, technical training modules, and visual assets for their intended tactical use.

4. Confidentiality & Security
Given our tenure with organizations like General Dynamics and Wells Fargo, we maintain a strict "Surgical" standard of confidentiality. All project data shared via our preferred channels is treated as non-public and mission-critical. We will not disclose your strategic data to third parties without prior authorization.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update our technical specifications and these Terms at any time. Any updates are effective immediately upon being posted to this page.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Capital Presentation be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our strategic assets. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific briefing or project in question.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia. Any disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Washington, D.C.
